Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Atona, a product of Iroko Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Atona, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Atona is an AI-powered personal agent that helps you manage email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, calendar, research, and meeting notes. The Service acts on your behalf based on your instructions and connected accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Atona. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected third-party accounts (including Google). You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Atona acts on your behalf using the permissions you grant. You are responsible for any actions taken by Atona using your connected accounts. You can revoke access to any connected account at any time through your account settings or directly through the third-party service.

Access to Atona is currently by invitation during private beta. Pricing terms will be communicated before any charges are applied. You will have an opportunity to review and accept pricing terms before being billed.

Your use of Atona is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual property

Atona and all related technology are owned by Iroko Labs LLC. You retain ownership of all content in your connected accounts. You grant us a limited license to access and process that content solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Atona is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that actions taken by Atona on your behalf will always produce the desired outcome. You are responsible for reviewing any actions taken by Atona before they become final where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iroko Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Atona, including but not limited to any actions taken on your behalf through connected accounts.

11. Termination

You may stop using Atona at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of Atona after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
